Jembatan Cinta of Tidung Island Sprayed with Disinfectant

North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency Sector 8 personnel carried out disinfectant spraying in Jembatan Cinta (Love Bridge) area, Tidung Island Urban Village, South Thousand Islands Sub-district.

North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency Sector 8 Head, Eko Mahendro mentioned, disinfectant spraying was carried out at night to make the work more optimal and didn't disturb residents or tourists.

"We disinfect the area after many tourists visited the site on Christmas holiday. It is one of our efforts to prevent COVID-19 spread," he stated, Monday (12/28).

His side deployed 3 personnel from Tidung Island Guard Post with 1 water sprayer unit to disinfect Jembatan Cinta area.

"Personnel disinfect gazebo, prayer room (musala), canteen, mini stage, park benches, toilets, and culinary area. They use 15 liters of disinfectant liquid," he informed.
